I placed my order - of personalized candles and matching personalized stickers - and it was shipped the same day and I received it 2 days after I ordered! I certainly thought it was going to take longer, with my personalized order, but it didnt at all. It was packaged very well - each candle was in its organza bag in another bubble wrap bag for protection, and they were all in one big bubble wrap bag. Everything was perfect - didnt have to worry about anything! These are for a shower Im throwing for my friend whos getting married. I only gave customer service a 3 as a neutral because I never had to call anyone because my order was perfect! Also, their candles were the cheapest I found online.

For favors I purchased the bride and groom packaged buttermints. Everything was coordinated and looked as if it were planned by a professional. The prices were comparable to other suppliers. It may have cost a little bit more for the convenience of online shopping but I didnt spend all of my free time (and gas) running from store to store trying to find what I needed.
